Building applications, permits and information is available at the Village Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Most home renovation projects, new construction, decks, fences, roofs and swimming pool installations require a permit. The costs are generally minimal and we try to process all requests as soon as possible in order to help you complete your projects in a safe and timely manner.

Please contact the Village offices for your specific needs and requirements. We can advise you at the time of application or consultation what steps will need to be taken in order to insure timely processing of your requests.
