APPLICATION
All work that requires a permit for changes or additions to the outside of a structure must be reviewed by the Historic District Commission before a permit is issued.
Steps
1. Download Application for Review of Permit or pick one up at the Village Office.
2. Fill out completely and attach all required documentation.
3. Submit completed and signed application to the Village Office at least 7 days prior to the meeting at which the request will be
completed.
To avoid delays, carefully review application and verify that all required information is included in the submission.
Meetings
The Romeo Historic Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Applications are due to Village Clerk’s office 10 days prior to scheduled meeting.
